Carl was born in Carmarthen, and raised in Pembrokeshire, South Wales, UK. His formative years were spent in a religious atmosphere but lacking the tangible presence and power of God. In his mid-twenties he came to the United States to pursue a career in the Oil Industry. In 1999 he was ‘born again’ and ‘Spirit filled’ at Lakewood Church, Houston under Pastor John Osteen’s leadership. Since then, he’s witnessed many powerful manifestations of the Holy Spirit to ‘destroy the works of the devil’ (1 Jn 3:8).
These include the healing of; Cancer (four times), Brain Tumor, Scoliosis, Shingles, Fibromyalgia, Crohn’s and Celiac’s diseases to name a few. Carl was a Petroleum Engineer for twenty years for several Fully Integrated Oil Companies. He was also a Petroleum Engineering Consultant until he finally accepted the call to full-time ministry in 2016.
Carl often shares his miraculous healing experiences and encourages other believers to minister God’s healing power when opportunities arise. His passion is to empower believers to fulfill their God-given potential in every facet of their lives. His desire is to see others move in the full knowledge and manifestation of God’s promises. His background includes pastoral, street and prison ministry. Carl is married to his beautiful wife Amy and has two children. He enjoys golf, riding motorcycles, chocolate, working out, FIFA, chocolate and playing drums.
